At Afiyat.pk, we take pride in offering high-quality organic hair oil products. Due to the personal care nature of our products, we have established the following Refund and Returns Policy to ensure fairness and product safety.
Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product arrived damaged or leaking.
- The product is defective or unusable upon delivery.
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened or used hair oil products.
- Products with broken seals that were not damaged during shipping.
- Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales, unless damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the product is received (if required), we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be made through bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.
Exchanges
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to this Returns Policy.
